What data we process and why

• WhatsApp and phone contacts. If you message or call us, we use the information you share (name, number, messages, photos) to reply, arrange visits and handle the sale. Legal basis: your request and the pre-contractual steps that follow (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• “Sell your car” form. The details you enter are not stored on the website: the form prepares a message that you send yourself on WhatsApp.
• Technical data. Like any website, the hosting service logs technical data such as IP addresses, needed to run and secure the site.

How long we keep it

We keep conversations for as long as needed to handle the request and the sale; if a contract follows, for the period required by tax and legal obligations.

Who else may see the data

• Netlify, Inc., which hosts the site, with servers also in the United States and the safeguards required by the GDPR for transfers outside the EU.
• Google Fonts: the site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your device's IP address.
• WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook (Meta) and YouTube (Google): when you use these links you leave the site and their privacy policies apply.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics, so no consent banner is needed.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) using the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
